Lionheart Church Visual Team Guidelines

  • Please wear a Lionheart T-Shirt when serving.
  • Please keep media booth clean, pushing in all chairs, and cleaning up any trash.
  • You reserve the right to tell someone that they cannot sit in the booth during service as this can cause distractions, and interrupt your train of thought during the service. If you have questions or concerns, please speak with your team leader.
  • Report times for serving are Wednesday’s at 6:00pm, Saturday’s at 8:00am, and Sunday’s at 9:00am.
  • It is imperative that you respond to messages. Communication is key.
  • For those who serve on Wednesday’s and Saturday’s, you will assist with bringing the lights down during prayer and/or praise and worship. You will assist with bringing the lights up before the word is ministered or when advised to do so.
  • For those who serve on Wednesday and Saturday, there are speakers in the booth that you may turn on to hear everything coming from the pulpit better.
  • For those that serve on Saturday you must make sure you export the sermon for the day and the song the praise team performs and any other announcements to Dropbox so that it can be available for Sunday’s service. This is VERY IMPORTANT. You will always export it as a Bundle. Failure to do so will impact the Sunday service.
  • For those who serve on Sunday, you must pull the computer out of the closet located on the side with the children’s church as well as put it back when service is over.
  • When turning off the computer, NEVER log off of Lionheart Church, just simply “Shut Down” the computer.
  • For those serving on Wednesday and Saturday. Please turn off the projector and the speakers when you are done serving and the lights in the booth.
  • When new members join the team, they will shadow a member of the team two to three times before they are put on the schedule. Once they are put on the schedule, someone will sit with them one to two times unless more time is needed. After that, they will be expected to be able to be in the booth by themselves.
  • Failure to adhere to the guidelines will result in a warning. If behavior is not changed it will result in removal from the team.
