Lionheart Church Visual Team Guidelines (Ministerial Staff)
These are guidelines that will help us all communicate effectively as we are one body working to administer the word, video content, announcements etc. accurately and in a timely manner.
- Communication is key
- Please provide the media team with content in advance so that the content can be formatted correctly. All content must be spell checked, formatted for the projector, and/or tested along with sound to make sure it will work correctly during service. The media team will double check everything and we must be given time to do so.
- Please do not send us content at the last minute. While emergencies happen, to avoid any delay, mishaps, or the content not being able to be displayed during service, please send us the content in advance.
- Report time for those serving in the booth on Wednesday’s are 6pm, Saturday’s at 8am, and Sunday’s at 9am. Please give us the content when we report or prior to the day of service.
- Please help us, help you. Please have content formatted in a Word document so that it can be a simple copy and paste for the team to input into the ProPresenter program. You may also use PowerPoint as we can export the document directly into the system.
- For those that create graphics, please be mindful that while the graphics may appear clear and concise on the computer screen, it may not look best through the projector. Black backgrounds with white letters are just one example of items that will display on the screen correctly. Please contact Pastor Devon if you have additional questions.
- Please make sure you use cues while ministering and or singing to help the media team follow you accurately. Please be mindful of us in the booth.
- If our services are needed for events like weddings, graduations etc., please let us know a minimum of a week in advance if not sooner so we can make sure there is coverage.
